What operating system does it use?
The V6 Plus runs Android 14.0 and supports OTA system updates.
What video output and decoding does it support?
Product materials specify H.264 and H.265 10-bit HDR decoding up to 8K at 60fps and HDMI 2.1 Max. Actual output compatibility depends on the connected television, cable and content.
Can I connect the V6 Plus with Ethernet?
Yes. The V6 Plus includes an RJ-45 10M/100M adaptive Ethernet port for a wired network connection.
What wireless connections are supported?
The product materials specify a Wi-Fi module rated up to 867 Mbps and Bluetooth 5.0.
How many USB ports are included?

What is the return policy?
Eligible products can be returned within 30 days when they are unopened and undamaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Contact vSeeBoxMe before sending a return for instructions.
